Lack of Sleep

I have been sleeping really late lately. I can't seem to tune out my body and fall sleep early anymore since my body clock has been change. It's been really stressful lately due to the stuff that I am trying to finish for school.

I have these dark spots around my eyes that I have been trying to find some good eye cream in order to hide it. I saw a commercial one time on TV but I can't remember what was the name of it. Looks promising. It says that you just have to rub on the cream and the dark spot will disappear. Sounds promising right?

Well, I still have to do some research on what's the best cream I use. Or maybe I just have to train myself again how to sleep early. Really graving for that time where I can sleep early and wake up early. Not Sleep in the morning and wake up in the afternoon.

Any advice?
