You know when something is not going your way and you just have to make a drastic action? Well, that's what seems to be the issue with our weights {grin}. I say our weight because me and my husband seems to be gaining more instead of losing weights. I don't really want to use any diet pills as I know the side effects and I cannot be sure it will work for me. I know it works for some people but I am just too chicken to try it. What I really want to start is an exercise regime. A routine that I can work with and be able to do even with the hectic schedule in school and the stuff I am doing online. Same thing with my husband.
First, we really need to stop or gradually stop eating fast food. We have been eating a lot of fast food lately... I think it has more something to do with the fact that I don't wake up early so I can make some lunch so we don't end up buying fast food. We just got so accustomed to the convenient of fast food instead of meal planning. Don't get me wrong I love convenience but when it's not really helping us when it comes to our health, then it's not really convenient.
I weigh myself a couple of weeks ago and oh my goodness... I added some more weight! This morning my husband mention that he too gained not just a few pounds but more than a few pounds.
We just needed that boost and motivations... as without it, we always go back to this nasty habit eating fatty food. You know what will be really nice is this weights that we are gaining will instead go to my daughter. She could really use some more fats in her body.
