Search Engine Listing

The first website I've created was our online store way back in 2005. Back then I don't have any kid, don't go to school and basically I have all the time to familiarize myself with creating websites. That time, I was using PHP and ecommerce for the online store. And I can say that it turned out pretty good. But we end up closing the store since I don't have a whole lot of time to manage it anymore, with a kid, school and house to attend to... not to mention the blogging and the designing business I've started.

But we still have the domain just in case we want to do it again. Although, I don't think it will be happening soon since my husband open up a new business (car and audio business).

When I was just starting with building websites I really don't have any clue as how to register the site to search engines and drive traffic to it so we can get more customer, but like I said I have plenty of time to do research on it and so adding the website to a web directory list was a breeze.

Today, there are so many SEO tools that you can use in order to build a great search engine ranking. So many that I can personally say that sometimes I don't know which one really works.

I remember a few months ago, I was talking to my friend back home and I was telling him that I've created another online community. And he was like, how can you even manage all of these and where are you getting all of these members... and I told him... social network.

Although I am still an old school when it comes to building links with other websites. I still like the idea gradually getting there and getting a quality link.
