Clean and Unique Design

A few weeks ago I have been cleaning up like crazy all over the house. I feel like I just don't do much of a good job making my house clean. Though sometimes I have to stop and tell myself that I have a toddler, pretty much no matter how I keep tidying up, it will still end up messy. So most of the time, I just let it go. We don't get a lot of people coming by since most of our friends and family members are far. So I guess that is a good think in some sort.

But whenever I get that urge to actually clean, I mean really clean I can be very thorough. I decided to clean the bathroom and everything, that means including the tub, the faucet, toilet.. as in everything. And since our house is quite old, and it hasn't been well taken care of by the previous owner, it's was a pain. But I was able to manage it with using some heavy duty cleaners.

Another reason that I did some thorough cleaning is because my daughter is using the tub now when she is taking a bath. So before I let her use the tub, it has to be at least clean. But to make the story short, when my husband got home that day and took a shower, he was quite impressed. He was saying that even the faucet are sparkling and I told him that it took me forever to finish it. I was not going to tell him about it, just wait until he used it but, the first thing that my daughter told her dad when he got home was... "daddy was cleaning the bathroom and the tub and the sink..." can't hide anything anymore.


So that night, I found myself checking some stuff for our bathroom. I really like the Grohe faucets that I found. It was quite unique and I just want something for a change. Since we've change most of the fixture in the bathroom already, all it needs are the little things that will tie everything together. The faucet is first on the list and of course re painting the tub. I've included a photo of the design that I really like. Really clean design and I think it will look great on the bathroom that we have. There's other designs Faucet.com... I may have to check again but so far the one on the photo is the one that I really like.
