Water Park Adventure

Late this afternoon we had our water park adventure. I have been wanting to take my daughter to the water park over in Allen but since my finals was not really over until last week, we have to wait. But today, we finally made it there. Yesterday, we drove over there to check if it's already open. And when my daughter saw it, she keeps saying "mommy, but I really want to go there". Can you imagine hearing this over and over until we got home.

And today, I am exhausted after playing in the water and the play area in the water park. My daughter absolutely loves the water although she didn't play that much because it got a little cold due to the wind blowing. So after we took a break and ate a little we went back hoping she will play some more. But nope! This time she was asking to go to the playground and man this playground is huge. We did quite a few slides and walking through the maze.

On our way home, I was exhausted. My eyes were trying to close as I was driving. Not a very good idea to drive after a couple of hours playing with my daughter. I can see myself driving all over the place as if I am drunk, like those people that are in drug rehab. Good thing there's no police in site. They might think I was drunk.

Speaking of drugs, I was looking at some sites tonight. I know I have to browse, after a long day, I still have to browse and now I am blogging. But anyway, the website was called NIDA Goes Back to School. It is actually a site for drug abuse publications and has some teaching materials to it.
