What's your current weight?

It's almost that time of the year again. I am talking about summer. When people flock the swimming pools and beaches. For college students spring break is the next best thing. Starting next week students will be going out of town and will be having their spring break. And if you have been getting ready to be able to show off what you had work on... toning your body and making sure that you are fit... this is the best time to do it.

The last time I blog about diet and working out and trying to lose weight was I think a couple of months ago and that time I was about 7lbs away from my target weight. Well, since then I haven't been keeping track of my weight and I haven't been doing any exercise either. Busy, busy... I don't have the time to do it. This summer I am going to make sure that I will reach my target weight since I am not going to do any summer school so I have all the time to do it.

I was reading some articles about some of the best diet pills and I am don't really want to take any since I am only about 7 lbs away from my target weight and with perseverance and discipline I think I can pretty much achieve that without some type of pills.
