Who will build your dream home?

Ever since we decided to purchase a house we've always wanted to own a new house. First of all, we are going to be the first owner so we can be sure that there is no unexpected issues. If the house if new, we can also be sure that it will be taken care from the start, unlike buying an older house, we cannot guarantee the upkeep of it.

However, since we were in a rush to move out and we don't have a whole lot of time, plus of course the budget we end up buying an older house. And upgrading almost everything is really a pain in the budget and takes a lot of stress.

So for our next house, I would love to go for Schumacher Homes. I saw some of their designs and it was exquisite and it has that grand appeal to it. We are not really looking for a huge one, we just wanted a house with lots of built ins and storage space, a media room, probably 3 to 4 bedrooms, an office, a formal dining, maybe a basement if permitted. And of course a little bit bigger land so our neighbor is not going to be on top of us. Schumacher does custom designs and is known for quality home construction and exceptional value. Plus they will stand by you to make sure that everything is at its best.

Buying a house is a major decisions so whatever helps that we can get is absolutely great. And if you have a great builder, then everything should run smoothly.
