One of the things that I really like when you have a business is the ability to accept payment by credit card. Very convenient and if your potential customer is not carrying any cash or is a bit short on cash but really wants to purchase the item, they can always use a credit card.

I believe it is one of the reason why most companies survive. Now for those businesses that doesn't have credit card processing I suggest you start thinking about getting one. When used to have a booth on the local flea market here in Mckinney, Texas we don't take credit card. We only accept cash or local check as our form of payment. And let me tell you, we lost a lot of customers who don't have enough cash in them because we don't accept credit card as another form of payment.

Now you might be saying that you don't have enough money to venture out into the credit card payment. There's always places that you can apply for business loans. Assess the current value of your business and check your business objectives. Ask yourself, are you heading to where you wanted to go. Then add up everything. If you think that expanding will make you more competitive, why not go for it. Start by taking credit card as a form of payment.
