ABC's Linked to X's and O's

 Okay, so I guess this is more like contradicting my post about using flash card to help my little one learn more about her ABCs and words. I've read from one of the parenting magazine that most specialists agree that the best way to nurture your infant's growing brain is not with flashcards, music or videos. They can play a role, but a minor one when compared with tender loving care. Nurturing your child is "numero uno" in increasing his or her intellectual level. Be sure your child feels safe and secure, and provide lots of hugs and kisses. Talking to your baby is soothing and comforting tones is also helpful.

Well, I guess it helps a little bit. Every little things that can help nurture is always a good one for me.
