The past summer, me and my husband has started doing some walking mainly so that we can start with our exercise and start loosing weight. And so far I have seen a little bit of results, not on my weight but I feel much better and healthier. However, after summer was over we stop again because both of us is going to school and we don't have time to do it in the afternoon. We talk about doing it on the weekend but by the time weekend comes, all we want to do is rest from all of the stressed and spent time together.So right now I am seriously thinking of diet pill to maybe at least help me loose some of the excess weight because I am seeing some double chins on my face. The other day my sister pointed out to me that my belly is looking really big and it's all excess fats.
