Promotional Items

Wow someone surprise me!

That will definitely be the word I would say if I receive something. Maybe I have a few questions as to how they got a hold of my address?

But maybe instead of wondering who and where it came from, I'll just enjoy the present I received and be happy. Once a company sent me a gift certificate and I wonder what was it, when I open it ask me to go to a particular store to claim the item. I guess it's one of those promotional items that the store is giving away. There was an additional item that I can get but I have to purchase a kitchenware to get it and I don't really need a new kitchenware set so I have to passed on it.

I have been getting a lot of those too back when I was still working. Usually our supplier will send us a lot of free items. And there are times that we get to take home some nice gifts. I think it's their way of promoting their business and at the same time saying thank you.
