I been reading about articles about losing weight and diet pills and really just wanted to find out what I can do to get rid of the extra flab that I gained when I was pregnant. Well maybe also the fat I accumulated after giving birth since I don't really do any exercise.Me and my husband actually started walking as our routine every other day. And I can say that I have been seeing results already. I don't get tired easily now and the flab on the belly area is not that big anymore. So I think maybe we just have to make the walking everyday so we can see more result.
So below I have listed a few easy to follow tips that successful people use to lose weight.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I know it is not easy. I myself don't drink that much water. Sometimes the day even goes by and I haven't drink a single glass of water.
- Eat Breakfast. Eating breakfast is not only good for weight loss but it will also help you keep track of your diet all day because you have all that extra energy.
- Eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks each day.
- Avoid White Food. This is easy to remember, if it is made of sugar, flour, potatoes, rice or corn just say no.
- Eat your veggie.

It really is hard to shed off some pounds. ;)
I read a lot of articles and tips about how to lose weight, but still I am not successful at it.
There are no problems with those that I read. The problem really is with me. I am not disciplined and cannot stick with the plan. I lack determination.
I think the key to losing weight is determination. I need to work out on mine. Wish me luck. (lol)
Hello Chubz... you got that right.. it's really the determination... that's why me and my husband are doing the walking together because there are times that he is slacking and vice versa.. so we kinda push each other... plus we have each other support so it's also a good thing..
